In the Riviera Maya, a shopping center is being constructed with an investment of 3.4 billion pesos by the developer GICSA.

GICSA revealed in its recent financial report that during the first quarter of 2023, the number of visitors to its network of shopping centers reached 18 million, which represents a 25% increase compared to the same period in 2022.

The new H&M clothing branch at Forum Culiacán will sell both clothing and home products.
