This project is part of the new concept “Malltertainment” developed by the Company, which consists of a shopping mall center located in the city of Culiacán. This project combines the concepts of mixed commercial use, entertainment and community concepts. In addition, its one-level design, which is surrounded by parking spaces and has four entrances, ensures a steady flow of vehicles. It is estimated that the project will have an average GLA of 79,912 square meters.
