It is the most modern and exclusive lifestyle center in Mexico, with a GLA of 113,000 square meters, located in Huixquilucan, State of Mexico. This mixed-use shopping center was so attractive to our business partners that for the first time in over 20 years, it brought together three strategic anchor stores: Sears, El Palacio de Hierro, and Liverpool. As subanchors, there are Forever 21, Gap, Cinépolis, Inditex Group (Zara, Massimo Dutti, among others), Axo Group (Guess, Rapsodia, Tommy Hilfiger, Brooks Brothers, to name a few), Banana Republic, Express, and Crate & Barrel. The total composition consists of 208 units, including sports stores, food outlets, fashion, telecommunications, self-service, banks, home and décor, as well as entertainment with an ice rink, a cinema with 4DX auditorium, High Park, and Extreme Sports. The parking lot features automatic light indicators, and the shopping center includes parks with outdoor terraces. It was inaugurated in November 2011, and its expansion began in December 2014. It is accessed via Vialidad de la Barranca Avenue and is located in the midst of a residential area and services such as the Ángeles de Interlomas Hospital. One million people circulate through there monthly, and the numbers continue to grow. In 2015, the number of tenants in this property was approximately 212, and the occupancy rate was 97.3%. As a result of its success, we are carrying out the expansion of Paseo Interlomas.
